Do you accept money orders or cashier's checks?
United States Postal Money Orders are always accepted and are the only form of money order that is accepted. United States Money Orders are the only form of payment accepted once an offer has been accepted. Cashier's checks are not preferred but will be accepted. How soon can I expect my item(s) to be shipped?
MONDAY ~ All orders received and paid for AFTER 2 p.m. EST the previous Thursday and BEFORE Monday at 2 p.m. EST. THURSDAY ~ All orders received and paid for AFTER 2 p.m. EST on Monday and BEFORE Thursday at 2 p.m. EST. Packages ship after buyer responds to the verification email or phone call and /or payment has been accepted and cleared. Buyer will receive an email confirmation with shipping information.

How soon after I return an item can I expect a refund?
All items that have been returned per agreed upon conditions will need to be verified and inspected upon our receipt. After approval, a refund will be issued from jaysvintage (JV) within 15 business days. You may need to check with your credit card, banking facility or merchant firm as to the actual posting time on your account. Please remember that there is a 20% re-stocking fee. There is a 50% re-stocking fee on wigs.

Is there a re-stocking fee for returned items?
Yes. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee. The percentage is off the total cost of the item(s)/package if it/they are returned for any reason. There is a 50% re-stocking fee for wigs.

What if my item is damaged when I receive it?
If your item(s) arrive damaged please contact us immediately upon receipt at jaysvintage@yahoo.com per delivery confirmation. ~~WITH INSURANCE~~ Buyer must contact seller immediately. Buyer MUST participate with Seller and United States Postal Service satisfactorily regarding any claims process. ~~WITHOUT INSURANCE~~ Buyer must contact Seller immediately. Buyer MUST participate with Seller regarding requests for verification.

How will my item(s) be packaged?
Very carefully. All items are packed with the most secure form of materials. GIFT WRAPPING MATERIALS will be new. PACKING & SHIPPING materials may be recycled, re-used or new. You may receive your items in an unattractive shipping package but your items will be intact. Every effort is put into making sure that each item is secure and safe by any means necessary.

Is gift wrapping available?
Yes. Gift wrapping is available upon request. NOTE: Please be aware that gift wrapped items may require extra packing care & materials. As a result, the final shipping cost may be more than originally listed. Please contact us for a quote.
